Customer Search
One search across your customers and your agency's shared reviews, by phone, nickname, private name or email.
One search, every operator
Type what you have, a number or a name, and see what your agency already holds.
Yours and your colleagues'
Results show your own customers and the ones colleagues have shared reviews for, each row saying whose it is.
Straight to the record
Your own customer opens on their record; a colleague's opens their shared reviews. The search is remembered, so Back brings it straight back.
Not on file yet?
A search that finds nobody still offers Add review, with what you typed carried across, so the first review takes no longer than the second.
Nothing to browse
Results load only after a search, and only within your agency. Phone numbers are matched as hashes and are never displayed.
