Shared Customer Knowledge

What every operator in your agency has already recorded about a customer, before you take the booking.

One directory for the whole agency

A shared review is one its author chose to publish. The directory is all of them.

Search before you commit

Look a customer up by nickname, or by phone number where phone search is switched on, and see the ratings colleagues gave them.

The author is named

Every shared review shows who wrote it. With messaging on your account you can reach them from the row, unless they have opted out of being contacted.

Latest on Home

Home shows the newest shared reviews across your agency, so what colleagues logged this week is a glance away.

Shared on purpose, and only what was chosen

The directory publishes exactly what the author decided to publish, and nothing more.

The nickname, never the number

A shared review carries the customer's nickname, rating, date, the comment its author chose and the email address if one was recorded. The phone number is matched as a hash and never shown.

Only what was switched on

Nothing reaches the directory until its author turns sharing on for that review, and they can turn it off again.

Your agency only

The directory is your agency's. Operators elsewhere cannot see it, and you cannot see theirs.
