About TimeWaster
A workspace for telephone operators who need a customer's history in seconds, not a spreadsheet. Reviews, the shared directory and operator messaging sit in one place.
Why it exists
Operators lose time rebuilding context that a colleague already had. TimeWaster keeps review capture, shared customer history and operator messaging next to each other, so the answer is one screen away during a call.
It is deliberately plain: clear workflows, restrained surfaces, and information grouped the way a working day is.
How it behaves
Phone numbers
Never shared. They are matched as hashes and never leave the server in the clear.Private names and comments
Sharing publishes the version of the comment you choose — or none at all. What your agency sees
Nickname, rating, date and the customer's email if you recorded one — visible to your agency only.Accountability
Every shared review names its author. Authors can edit or delete their own records, and an administrator can remove a review that has been flagged. An operator's day
